Bennies are a great way to give your friends a helping hand
If you have been given a Bennie you can do two things with them.
1) You can turn it in to Geek Way Homes when you purchase or sell a home and they will give you $500 towards your closing cost. or
2) You can give it to a friend and they will get the $500 toward closing costs and you will get $100 gift card for referring them.
Note: These are only paid out at the closing so if you end up not buying it will not be paid out.

Geek Way Homes Community Game Nights
The Third Thursday of every month is Geek Way Homes Community Night at DoGoodger Games Cafe. from 6pm-9pm. Your first time you get a Bennie and every time you bring someone new you get a bennie as well.
A Friend can give you a Bennie
The best way to get these is to ask a friend who has one if you can have one of theirs so you can benefit from the $500 Closing costs and they get the $100 referral bonus!
